Holiday Gifting Report 2020: Consumer Sentiment & New Buying Behaviors

Despite this anything-but-ordinary year, many consumers are still planning to buy gifts and celebrate the season. We surveyed over 1,500 US consumers to learn more. 

Our research includes findings on what items and experiences holiday shoppers are looking for, when they’ll start buying gifts, and why they may choose some brands over others. From differences in generational preferences, to the acceleration of ecommerce and in-store comfort levels in a socially distanced new normal, this study analyzes how consumers are thinking about holiday season 2020, and what behaviors marketers should be preparing for.
